此外，我们将效益-成本比率模型引入到评估中，以此来衡量项目的经济价值。
接着，通过具体的案例研究，确定该项技术是否能替代传统的房屋建造方式。
本研究基于工业化的住房建设基础之上，深度探讨了新增费用和新增收益的关系，并构建了一个效益与成本的比例模型，以此来确定适合的住房制造方式，并将这种简单决策的方法推荐给开发商使用，这对房地产业者在住房制造业中发挥重要角色是十分有益的，也对住房制造业的发展产生了正面的影响。
